Refund policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt including:

• original packaging
• accompanying order information

for refund or exchange. 

The purchase amount excluding shipping costs are refunded within five (5) business days of receiving the returned product(s) provided they are in original condition. 

If you have requested an exchange or replacement it will be processed and despatched by the original delivery method within seven (7) days of receiving your return. 

This policy is only applicable to online purchases.
