Refund policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt including:

• original packaging
• accompanying order information

for refund. 

The purchase amount excluding shipping costs are refunded within five (5) business days of our receiving the returned product(s) provided they are in original condition. 

If you have requested a replacement it will be processed and despatched by the original delivery method within seven (7) days of receiving your return. 

This policy is only applicable to online purchases.

Exchanges are not available at this time.
